Income Tax - U.S. Government Employees' Foreign Earned Income

Synopsis:

Providing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for foreign earned income, as defined, of an individual earned as an employee of the United States or of an agency of the United States; limiting the subtraction to $20,000 for any taxable year; and applying the Act to tax years after 2004.
