Entitled:
Sales and Use Tax - Tax-Free Weekend

Synopsis:

Designating a specified weekend each year to be a tax-free weekend during which the sale of specified clothing, footwear, school supplies, and personal computers are exempt from the sales and use tax; removing a $100 limitation on the taxable price of school supplies, clothing, and footwear qualifying for the exemption; limiting to $1,000 the taxable price of personal computers qualifying for the exemption; etc.
