Synopsis:

Establishing a Maryland Wine and Grape Promotion Fund; establishing a Maryland Wine and Grape Promotion Council; authorizing the Department of Agriculture to deduct 2% of the proceeds paid into the Fund by the Comptroller for administering it; establishing specified eligible activities paid for by the Fund; establishing the Board of Public Works as the final approving authority on grants from the Fund; etc.
