Entitled:
Renewable Energy Development Act of 2005

Synopsis:

Expanding the job creation tax credits program to specifically include business entities engaged in renewable energy development; reducing the job creation threshold and increasing the amount of tax credits for qualifying business entities engaged in renewable energy development; requiring the Governor to include in the budget specified appropriations to the Solar Energy Grant Program beginning in fiscal year 2007; etc.
