Hurricane Isabel Disaster Relief Act - Reporting Requirements - Financial Assistance Applications - Extension of Termination

Synopsis:

Extending until September 30, 2006 the date on or before which the Department of Housing and Community Development shall issue to the General Assembly a final report on the implementation of the Hurricane Isabel Disaster Relief Act; extending through May 31, 2006, the date on which Section 1 of the Hurricane Isabel Disaster Relief Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect; providing for deadlines for applications for financial assistance under the Hurricane Isabel Disaster Relief Act; etc.
