Entitled:
Small Business Development Center Network - Funding

Synopsis:

Establishing the Small Business Development Center Network Fund; allowing the Fund to be used only for specified purposes; requiring the Governor to include in the annual budget bill a specified appropriation to the Fund; and providing that it is the intent of the General Assembly that the Governor provide a specified additional appropriation for specified purposes for fiscal year 2006.
