Entitled:
Workers' Compensation - Evaluation of Permanent Impairments - Social Workers

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified licensed social workers-clinical to evaluate a permanent impairment in a workers' compensation case if it relates to a mental, emotional, or behavioral disorder under specified circumstances, and requiring that the report of an impairment be submitted to the Workers' Compensation Commission in accordance with the regulations of the Commission; and providing that, for purposes of the Act, social workers-clinical meet specified qualifications.
