Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Kennedy Krieger Institute - National Center for Advanced Research in Developmental Disabilities

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Kennedy Krieger Institute, Inc. for the design, construction, renovation, and capital equipping of the National Center for Advanced Research in Developmental Disabilities to be located on the Johns Hopkins Hospital campus in Baltimore; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
