Authorizing a specified individual to have priority in the right to arrange for the final disposition of the body of the decedent under specified circumstances; providing for the right to act as an authorizing agent under specified circumstances; prohibiting a person who has been charged with a specified crime from having the right to arrange for the final disposition of the body of the decedent under specified circumstances; etc.
