Synopsis:

Increasing the salary of the State's Attorney for Harford County by specified amounts by specified dates; providing for the calculation of the annual salary increase on and after a specified date and setting a limit on the amount of the annual increase; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent State's Attorney for Harford County.
