Natural Resources - Tree Experts - Licensing

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "tree expert" to require a person who trims, prunes, thins, cables, shapes, removes, or reduces the crown of trees to be licensed and subject to regulation by the Department of Natural Resources; and establishing that specified persons are not tree experts for specified purposes.
