Full Funding for or Waiver from the Federal No Child Left Behind Act

Synopsis:

Urging the Maryland Congressional Delegation to seek either full funding for the federal No Child Left Behind Act or a waiver from the requirements of the federal No Child Left Behind Act; and providing that a copy of the resolution be forwarded by the Department of Legislative Services to specified individuals.
