Providing a process for establishing legislative districts for the election of the members of the Maryland General Assembly; requiring a specified advisory commission to hold specified meetings; providing meetings; directing the Executive Director of the Department of Legislative Services to oversee the process and development of legislative districting plans by the Department; prohibiting specified employees from discussing specified information; etc.
