Entitled:
Maryland Stem Cell Research Act of 2006

Synopsis:

Requiring that State-funded stem cell research be conducted in a manner that considers the ethical and medical implications of the research and using specified embryos under specified circumstances; establishing the Maryland Stem Cell Research Fund; requiring the Governor to include an appropriation equal to at least $25,000,000 in the annual budget bill for the Fund; etc.
