Crimes - Visual Surveillance of Private Area of an Individual

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person with prurient intent from conducting or procuring another to conduct the visual surveillance of a specified private area of an individual by using a camera without the consent of the individual under specified circumstances; establishing a penalty for the violation of the Act; and defining specified terms.
