Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Volunteer Fire, Rescue, or Emergency Personnel - Eligibility

Synopsis:

Expanding eligibility for a specified subtraction modification available for volunteer fire, rescue, or emergency services members to include individuals who have reached 65 years old and have met specified requirements or who have reached 75 years old and have 40 years of service; requiring volunteer fire, rescue, or emergency medical services organizations to provide a report to members on qualifications for the subtraction modification; and applying the Act to tax years after 2005.
