Synopsis:

Reducing the State homestead property tax credit percentage from 110% to 105%; reducing from 110% to 105% the maximum homestead property tax credit percentage for counties and municipalities; applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2007; and providing for the termination of the Act.
