Synopsis:

Limiting the countywide average class size for each grade in a public school system to 15 students for kindergarten through third grade and 25 students for grades 4 through 12; exempting specified classes from the calculation of countywide average class size; requiring the State Superintendent of Schools to enforce the provisions of the Act; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt specified regulations; etc.
