Extending to June 30, 2007, the termination provisions relating to the Joint Legislative Task Force on Universal Access to Quality and Affordable Health Care; authorizing additional nonvoting members of the Task Force, subject to specified approval; authorizing the Task Force to appoint subcommittees; and delaying the due date for the Task Force report to December 31, 2006.
