State Board of Public Accountancy Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the State Board of Public Accountancy Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; requiring that the Fund be used for specified purposes; providing for an audit of the Fund; requiring the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation, or a designee of the Secretary, to administer the Fund; altering, establishing, and specifying the use of fees; etc.
