Synopsis:

Altering the penalty that may be assessed by the Motor Vehicle Administration for a vehicle that is without the required security for up to 30 days; increasing the amount of the daily penalty that may be assessed for violating vehicle security requirements for more than 30 days; and increasing the maximum penalty that may be assessed for a violation of vehicle security requirements occurring within a 12-month period.
