Vehicle Laws - Probation for Drunk Driving - Mandatory Use of Ignition Interlock System

Synopsis:

Requiring an individual who is granted probation for an alcohol-related driving offense to participate in the Ignition Interlock System Program for not less than 1 year; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to impose a restriction on an individual's license that prohibits the individual from driving a motor vehicle that is not equipped with an ignition interlock system for not less than 1 year; etc.
