Synopsis:

Altering voter registration qualifications to allow an individual convicted of a specified crime to qualify to register if the individual, in connection with that crime, has been released from the custody of law enforcement authorities and, in connection with that crime, is no longer subject to the authority or control of any law enforcement authority; repealing provisions dictating whether and under what circumstances individuals convicted of specified crimes are eligible to register to vote; etc.
