Entitled:
Tax Credit - Electric and Hybrid Vehicles

Synopsis:

Establishing a credit equal to 50% of the motor vehicle excise tax for qualified electric and hybrid vehicles titled in the State from July 1, 2006, to June 30, 2009; requiring that qualified hybrid vehicles meet specified fuel economy ratings to qualify for the tax credit; and establishing a maximum credit for electric and hybrid vehicles.
