Insurance - Temporary Insurance Producer Licenses - Specified Types of Insurance

Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law that authorize the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to issue a temporary insurance producer license for specified types of insurance based on the applicant's licensure in another state or the applicant's intention to become an insurance producer in the State and take a specified examination within 90 days after the temporary license is issued.
