Synopsis:

Establishing an affidavit of support; providing for the execution of an affidavit of support under specified circumstances; requiring the Child Support Enforcement Administration to set the amount of a support obligation in accordance with the child support guidelines, except under specified circumstances; providing for specified exceptions; authorizing the Administration or a court to enforce an affidavit of support; etc.
