Sexual Offender Compliance and Enforcement in Maryland Act

Synopsis:

Altering the time that a person convicted of specified sexual offenses is on parole or mandatory supervision; requiring the Parole Commission to make specified determinations and allowing the Commission to order specified conditions of release for specified parolees; etc.
