Maryland Horse Industry Board - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation

Synopsis:

Altering the inspection schedule for licensed horse riding stables from an annual to a biennial schedule; continuing the Maryland Horse Industry Board in accordance with the Sunset Law by extending the termination provisions relating to statutory and regulatory authority of the Board to July 1, 2016; repealing the abrogation of specified statutes relating to the Board; requiring the Board to make specified reports to specified committees of the General Assembly by October 1, 2006, and December 31, 2006.
