Education - Youth Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Programs

Synopsis:

Repealing a provision of law that requires the Department of Education to seek specified federal funds; and requiring the Governor's Office for Children, instead of the State Department of Education, to submit an annual report to the Governor regarding the current status and effectiveness of specified programs.
