Crimes - Controlled Dangerous Substances - Restitution for Cleanup Costs

Synopsis:

Establishing that a person who is convicted or found to have committed a juvenile act under specified provisions of law relating to the manufacture, distribution, dispensation, or possession of a controlled dangerous substance may be ordered to pay restitution for the costs of cleaning up laboratories or other facilities operated for the illegal manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance; etc.
