Synopsis:

Authorizing mutual aid agreements between specified local and State correctional units to supply temporary services to alleviate emergency situations at correctional facilities; establishing the rights, liabilities, and duties of the parties to a mutual aid agreement; establishing that a staff person who meets specified training requirements may function at a specified location under specified circumstances; etc.
