Local Correctional Facilities - Diminution Credits - Good Conduct

Synopsis:

Increasing from 5 to 10 days the deduction that an inmate of a local correctional facility shall be allowed from the inmate's term of confinement for each calendar month of presentence confinement during which the inmate meets specified requirements; increasing from 5 to 10 days the initial deduction that an inmate of a local correctional facility shall be allowed from the inmate's term of confinement for each month of postsentence confinement, unless the inmate is serving a sentence for specified crimes; etc.
