Vehicle Laws - Drunk Driving Penalties - Mandatory Use of Ignition Interlock System for a First Conviction

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to require a person who is convicted of an alcohol-related driving offense for the first time to participate in the Ignition Interlock System Program for 1 year; requiring the Administration to impose a restriction on the license of a person that prohibits the person from driving a motor vehicle that is not equipped with an ignition interlock system for 1 year; etc.
