Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Correctional Enterprises to sell on the open market goods and services related to the preparation and distribution of food or services related to agriculture or seafood processing under specified circumstances; requiring the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional Services and the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to adopt specified regulations; requiring the payment of specified wages; and providing that the Act applies only to specified inmates.
