Synopsis:

Altering the requirement for the Handgun Roster Board to publish the handgun roster in the Maryland Register; modifying the requirements for filing specified documents with the Division of State Documents for publication in the Maryland Register; authorizing the Administrator of the Division of State Documents to require that electronic copies of specified documents be filed; etc.
