Synopsis:

Establishing that it is a crime for a person to commit or engage another person to commit a violation of the Maryland Vehicle Law that is punishable by a sentence of imprisonment, or the offense of reckless driving, for the purpose of making specified recordings of the activity, unless written permission is obtained; etc.
