Alcoholic Beverage Violations - Drivers' Licenses and Driving Privileges - Suspensions

Synopsis:

Requiring courts to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration if a child is found to have committed or an adult is found guilty of specified alcoholic beverage violations; authorizing a court to order the Administration, after receiving a specified notice, to suspend a driver's license or driving privilege for specified periods; etc.
