Expanding the membership of the Joint Committee on Workers' Compensation Benefit and Insurance Oversight to include a rehabilitation service provider certified by the Workers' Compensation Commission and a representative of the Injured Worker's Insurance Fund; and providing for the qualifications of the service provider.
