Driving While Impaired and Refusal to Take a Blood or Breath Test - Points

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to assess 9 points against an individual for a conviction of a specified drunk or drugged driving offense in which a specified additional penalty for refusal to take a blood or breath test is imposed; providing for the assessment of 12 points for a drunk or drugged driving conviction for which a specified additional penalty was imposed for a second or subsequent time for refusing to take a blood or breath test; etc.
