Entitled:
Correctional Officers' Retirement System - Line of Duty Death Benefits

Synopsis:

Providing that specified minor children of correctional officers are entitled to enroll in the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program; providing that surviving spouses or children under the age of 18 of deceased members of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System who die in the line of duty are eligible to receive a line of duty death benefit; etc.
