Synopsis:

Requiring specified employers to provide specified compensation for unused or accumulated vacation leave or paid time off under specified circumstances; requiring specified employers to carry over a specified employee's unused or accumulated vacation leave or paid time off in a specified manner or transfer unused sick leave to apply as unused vacation leave or paid time off under specified circumstances; providing for the application of the Act; etc.
