Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to develop a long-term care inspection program; requiring the long-term care inspection program to be consistent with State and federal law; requiring the Secretary to implement a licensure program for long-term care inspectors; requiring specified applicants for a long-term care inspector license to meet specified training requirements established by the Secretary; etc.
