Synopsis:

Authorizing the Director of the Office of Cemetery Oversight to take investigative and enforcement actions for specified violations under specified circumstances; requiring an applicant for registration to be affiliated with a registered or permitted business; extending the authority of the Director to specified unregistered and unpermitted entities; requiring specified cemeteries to maintain trust accounts; etc.
