Qualified Maryland Housing Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against the State income tax for specified qualified Maryland housing in specified areas; providing for allocation of the aggregate available credit among qualified Maryland housing projects by the Secretary of Housing and Community Development; limiting the aggregate credit available to be allocated for any fiscal year; establishing the Qualified Maryland Housing Tax Credit Reserve Fund; applying the Act to tax years beginning after 2006; etc.
