Education - Student Discipline - Conferring in Face-to-Face Meeting

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a principal or the principal's designee from allowing a student subject to specified disciplinary sanctions to return to school unless the principal or the principal's designee first confers in a face-to-face meeting with specified individuals; requiring a principal or the principal's designee who fails to confer in a required face-to-face meeting to submit specified written statements to specified individuals; requiring a school administrator to keep specified records; etc.
