Entitled:
Transportation - Passenger Railroad Service Lines - Station Closures

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Maryland Transit Administration from closing train stations that have historic or community value or recognition which are located on specified passenger railroad service lines until it holds a public hearing to solicit comments from persons impacted by the proposed closure and considers and gives due regard to the information it receives from the public on the matter; and making the Act an emergency measure.
