Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to conduct a study of the adequacy of rates paid to therapeutic behavioral services providers; requiring the Department to submit a report to the Governor and specified standing committees of the General Assembly on or before January 1, 2007; etc.
