Child Welfare Accountability Act of 2006

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Human Resources and the Secretary of Budget and Management to develop and implement a specified system of accountability to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of specified child welfare services; providing for the purpose of the outcome measurement system; requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to adopt regulations; requiring a variety of indicators to be used to measure the effectiveness of specified child welfare services; etc.
