Election Law - Voter Registration

Synopsis:

Providing that a Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot may be used as a voter registration application; prohibiting a voter registration volunteer from copying or collecting specified information contained in a voter registration application; authorizing an election director to remove from the voter registry a voter whose eligibility has been successfully challenged; restoring to active status a voter who completes and signs an absentee ballot application; etc.
