Synopsis:

Prohibiting a driver of a school vehicle that is in motion and carrying passengers from using a wireless communication device; prohibiting a driver of a commercial motor vehicle that is in motion from using the driver's hands to use a wireless communication device; establishing a $250 fine for a violation of the Act; authorizing a court to waive the fine under specified circumstances; etc.
